Bookings

Whether you're scheduling a connection call, booking an initial appointment, or returning to book your regular session you’ll find all the information you need here and in the online booking portal. To ensure an accessible booking process there are three ways to book with Em! You can book online, via email, or in person. Expand the list below to read more about the booking and payment process for each option.

  • To book online please visit the online booking portal. Payment for online bookings are due immediately and require a debit or credit card for payment. Online bookings are confirmed immediately ensuring the appointment of your choice is secured.

  • To book via email please send me an email with your preferred apointment date and time. Appointments will be confrimed by me within 5 business days. For quick bookings please use the online portal to ensure your session is confirmed.

    For email bookings, payment is made via invoice. Invoices will be sent three days before the scheduled appointment and are due 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer using PayID or BSB and Acc. No.

  • To book in person please inform me of your prefered appointment date and time at the end of your session. In person bookings are confirmed immediately ensuring the appointment of your choice is secured.

Appointment types:

  • Connection Call (20 Minutes) - FREE
    A Connection Call a brief phone call to meet each other, answer any questions, and talk about your goals for counselling. This is not a counselling session, rather a short meet and greet to connect and find out if I am the right practitioner for you! There is no obligation to continue with me after this call. I'm looking forward to connecting with you.

  • Initial Intake Appointment (75 Minutes) - $145
    In person or telehealth
    An initial intake appointment is a 75 minute appointment completed before counselling sessions begin. This appointment is used to gather any information you would like to share about yourself and your history. The information shared in this appointment helps me support you to plan your goals for your counselling journey. This is not a counselling session, this appointment focuses on information gathering, planning, and goal setting.

  • Standard Appointment (50 Minutes) - $135
    In person or telehealth
    Standard appointments are 50 minute counselling sessions. These appointments are therapeutic counselling sessions and can be booked after an initial intake appointment with me. All standard appointments are built around your needs and directed by you. I look forward to walking alongside you at your next appointment.

  • NDIS Initial Intake Appointment (75 Minutes) - $145
    In person or telehealth
    An initial intake appointment is a 75 minute appointment completed before counselling sessions begin. This appointment is used to gather any information you would like to share about yourself and your history. New guests

All new guests must book an initial intake appointment before booking a standard appointment.

After booking, an online intake form will be sent to you. Please complete this form before your first appointment with Em.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and sometimes you wont be able to attend your appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment please contact Em 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full appointment fee.
